Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, with guidance on verifying the App Store listing, using the app, configuring rules, and troubleshooting. These terms apply when you visit this site or refer to its content. App purchases and use are also subject to the applicable terms shown on the App Store and in the app.

1. Scope of Services and Purchase Terms

This site provides documentation only. It does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscriptions. Tutorials assume that you already have your own subscription or server details and explain how to import, configure, and verify them.

Shadowrocket is a proprietary commercial app primarily for iPhone and iPad. App Store is the only place to get it. Before purchasing, check the App Store listing verification guide and confirm the developer is Shadow Launch Technology Limited and the app ID is 932747118. Check the App Store listing for pricing, device compatibility, system requirements, and purchase eligibility.

A one-time client purchase does not include a service plan. The app price covers the client app only; it does not include servers, subscriptions, or connection services, and does not guarantee that any particular route will work. Payments, refunds, and restoring purchases are handled under the applicable App Store rules.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

When visiting this site or using Shadowrocket, you must comply with the laws, regulations, network policies, and service terms that apply where you are and to your activities. Do not use the app, documentation, or configuration examples for illegal activities, to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, or disrupt normal network operations.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to use any imported subscription, server, or configuration, and for assessing its source and permitted use. Keep account details, subscription links, and connection credentials secure. When reporting an issue, remove information that could identify your account or provide access to resources.

Rules and configuration snippets illustrate syntax; they are not complete solutions for every device or network. Before making changes, save a working copy of your configuration, understand the potential impact, and test changes one at a time. If an option is unfamiliar, read its documentation first.

3. Documentation Scope and Disclaimers

The app interface, system behavior, and App Store listing may change. Read this documentation alongside the interface you see. If information here differs from the purchase details, follow the App Store listing. This documentation does not guarantee continuous availability, connection speed, specific feature results, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Network conditions, system permissions, server status, and user configurations can all affect connectivity. This site does not control the servers or subscriptions you use and is not responsible for their content, availability, or data handling.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on the documentation, configuration changes, connection interruptions, or temporary site outages, including data loss or business interruption. Keep your own copies of important data and configurations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Rights to the official icon and app interface materials displayed on this site remain with their respective owners. Visiting this site does not grant permission to use the trademark, app, or related materials.

The documentation, layout, and code on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content for personal learning and reference where permitted by law. When quoting it, credit the source and retain relevant context. Do not alter it to imply a commitment by the developer or present documentation examples as app authorization or a service guarantee.

5. Changes to These Terms and Support

We may revise these terms to reflect documentation updates, feature changes, or legal requirements. Revisions and the month of the latest update will be posted on this page. Revisions take effect when posted, unless applicable law requires separate notice or a different effective date. Check the current terms on this page before continuing to use the site.

If you have questions about the documentation, check the FAQ or tutorials to troubleshoot. App Store purchases, billing, and refunds must be handled through the relevant App Store processes. This site's documentation cannot replace App Store transaction records or decisions.
